Any reason for the difference?Д®xample of 2-step process where I select Link and then select Open from the Hyperlink dialog box: When I click on my hyperlink in the app, sometimes I have to select Link and then Open Link to get to Outlook and other times Open Link is an option. But if I change the quotation marks out for the ones on my laptop/keyboard (straight) the name shows properly and the link works in the app when I re-open.ДЄnd one last random question. When I open that same excel sheet on the web app or desktop version that hyperlink still doesn't work. When I created a new sheet through the Excel app on my iPad and setup an email hyperlink, the quotation marks look different (curved vs straight) and returns #NAME? and link does not open. I also created a new spreadsheet as requested and came across something else interesting. Not sure why that would make a difference in the app, but it did (couple pictures below). I did get the link to finally work in my original spreadsheet.simply by unmerging the cell that contained the hyperlink formula. Formulas are the key to getting things done in Excel. For example, my subject is created by a formula in A47 =CONCAT(A49,D5) I can edit the link info a bit to get Outlook to open, but not enough that it is dynamic. When I try this this via the iPad app, I no longer get the option to open the hyperlink. When I click on the 'Open Outlook' text at the bottom of the spreadsheet, Outlook automatically opens a new email (woohoo!). This first screenshot is from the Excel web version (functions the same in the desktop version and when viewing through Teams and Sharepoint). The hyperlink formula references cells (hidden and visible) within the same document =HYPERLINK('mailto:'&'?subject='&A47&'&bcc='&A51&'&body='&A52,'Open Outlook') It is the exact same file, just opening it in different locations. Including some screen shots in the hopes that someone sees something I have easily overlooked. Today I tried demonstrating it to other coworkers and the ipad app version will now not allow me to open the hyperlink. When I tested the spreadsheet last week it worked whether I was using the desktop, web, or ipad app. I created email hyperlinks using formulas instead of macros in an existing excel document in order to open Outlook with a custom subject, body, and bcc whether I was at my computer or in the field using my tablet.
